Executive Coaching

It has always been tough at the top. But these days, public and private managers face complex, often conflicting and unrelenting pressures, and a requirement to account for their actions in a public domain are committee board that may be critical.

At Anbessa Criminal Justice Solutions we provide individual coaching to a number of chief executives and other senior managers in Social Worker, Probation, local and central government. This work is always undertaken by a senior consultant who has extensive experience in both coaching and the relevant field.

Writing pre sentence reports

The service is aimed at Probation and Youth Offending Teams agencies. Many cases now, by order of the Magistrates and judges, require a pre-sentence report to consider sentencing options. This will include a specialised risk assessment of the offender.

At Anbessa Criminal Justice Solutions we have senior practitioners with many years experience in the field of Probation and Youth Offending who are equipped to carry out pre-sentence reports in compliance with national standards.
